The Only Time or Way that I suggest using Posting is to use an autoresponder when you post. You can get free ones from many places, One that I have used is iautorespond.com The best kind to use would be one that has no ads and you can find many by using the search engines, Be sure to see if they allow you to use them in conjunction with posting, Many do not, such as "Get Reponse" I suggest you use the posting sites as a way to get spammed! Post using your autoresponder address and put the ad of your choice in it, Free and easy way to answer every letter you get!
A FREE FORM OF SENDING EMAILS without investing any money is to send to free opt-in lists. I have had some success using these and they do seem to do better if sent early in the morning, Also Keep in mind these lists change regularly, This list has been updated by me recently, There are New ones that come out everyday and if you use this method you will want to add to your lists as you note new list.
