You Will Find A Group Mailer A Much Easier Way to Email
I have found a brand New Free Mailer that is seeming to work very well, and it is faster than the aureate. Go to: Click Here to go to download site
Choose the World Cast Fair Logic Mailer version 2118. It is FREE and seems to work well, It can also be programed to do all the specific things like the persons name, Email address or ID# into the mail. Wayne O'Genski has set up a wonderful set of instructions for using this for follow ups. You can obtain this info at our follow up website. The program also has a manual you can download which tells you any and all you should need to know to use it. It is great also because it using Direct Send which you can not do with the free version of the Aureate. This allows you to send with any ISP as long as the DNS server can be "looked" up by the system. There is no longer a FREE Version of the Group Mailer Aureate.
The Pro-version will mail on "Direct Send" That allows you to use your Desk Top as a mailer and often it will work even with AOL and some of the others, Even if you can use your ISP, this prevents you from overloading their server, and getting complaints,
Besides, Many ISP's now limit you to 200 emails a day which means you would need the " Direct send" feature any way.
I recommend you buy a pro-version if you plan to use any lists that require you mailing to the email lists they provide,

  Follow These Instructions To Set Up Your Aureate
To use the Aureate group mailer You must know the smtp of your ISP. If you have AOL, MSN, or Compuserve. You may need to obtain an ISP to use the Aureate. Softhome.net is a possibility but will limit you to about 200 emails out per hour which is going to slow you down a bit however it will save you the charge of signing on with a local ISP provider. You should be fairly safe sticking to ffanet lists and opt-ins using your local ISP, I caution you to not mail to anything that is not Opt-in without obtaining a throw away ISP to mail with. If you have any doubts about this please talk with your upline about it
Okay ready to get started. First you need some email addresses. You may have gotten these from following some of the tips provided to you in your quick start program, or perhaps from the opt-ins, Or you may have invested in a ffanet pro-page. Either way you need to make sure the Aureate mailer can access these addresses.
The easiest way to do this is to send those addresses to yourself at your outlook express or copy and paste them onto a notepad, Once you have done that click on file and save and choose my documents and name the email addresses. I name mine by where they came from and today's date. for example ffa0126. Then click save. If you have any problems finding my documents file. Look under your C drive in the little box that comes up, you should find it there.
Now you are ready to start your Aureate Group Mailer.
First you want to properly set it up. Look at the top options and choose set-up.
You will see Email server set up. click on that. You will then see a box to enter your smtp. That is where you enter that information either from your ISP or from the free ISP you have chosen to use. The other box should say 25 by default This is all you need on this page. Once you have entered that click ok
Next is Identification options: Click again on set-up. Choose identification options. You will see a place for your name and email address and reply address.
If you are mailing to lists you have received from ffanet or anywhere else, In other words all mailings except to your personal members and VIP's . You want to put in both the email and reply address a free email address such as one from email.com or hotmail. You do not want to use your home computer address for this as you will get a lot of undeliverable replies. Some remove requests. and a lot of junk mail. Also This protects you, if anyone accuses you of spam You may have that email address shut down, With a free email address you just choose another one and start again. Put the same email address in both send and reply. Under name. I either put Hi! if I am mailing to members or VIP's or if I am sending an ad I put something to grab the reader's attention Like: LOOK!!!
or You Won't Believe This!, or Act Fast!!, I do not put my name there although you can. Nothing else goes in this section.
Now lets set you up some email addresses to mail to: Go back to main setting and click on Group Set Up. Now click on import, Click on select, choose the file you saved earlier with the email addresses in it and click open Then click next, then put the dot in the circle where it says all other file data format, You need no filters so click next again, Then click Create a New Group and name it what you want it to be, like emails from ffanet0126. I always use dates so I can know which ones are the newest. Then click start. It will import the emails and it may some some were illegal just click no you don't care about that and then go back to the main page. You should then under group set up see the emails you just imported.

Now go to message set up. You will have a blank page for emails you will need to copy and paste the sample ads here. Find those under the side bar that says sample ads on this training site. Unfortunately I have not found an easier way than to copy and paste these than one at a time. To copy and paste you can use your mouse. You point at the beginning of the text you want to copy and press the Left mouse key and highlight all you want to copy. Then press the r
